This is a gentle postnatal course - with lots of ideas for inviting the baby to join in.
Mum will do exercises for pelvic floor, back, belly etc. Baby will sleep (if needed) or be a part of the game, getting stimulation of balance, vision and motorics in general.
The instructor is a physiotherapist, and will guide you through safe exercises, also if you have challenges like cesarean, pain in the pelvic joints or separated ab muscles (diastasis recti). Or maybe you are simply not that used to exercise at all, and want to get started in a safe way.
You don't have to wait for the 8-week visit to the GP.
Pregnant women might benefit from a lot of the same exercises, and are welcome to sign up.
You must bring your own exercise-mat (or a bedsheet / big towel, so you can cover up Prismens mats).

Each week you decide if the 9.00 or 10.25 class suits you best. You don't ask permission - just come, when you can.
